  • Can I borrow an available car without reservation?

    Our operation stands on a complete reservation system. But sometimes it’s possible depending on the situation even on the day, so please contact us.
    *Please note that we cannot prepare if you come directly to the store without contacting us.

  • Do we need special license?

    No special license is required. Because it is an automatic car, you can drive with confidence.
    * Lending and driving are refused for those who have been under ordinary license for less than one year.

    Sorry. Our camper cars are not allowed to carry pets.

  • Can we watch TV or DVD?

    You can watch terrestrial digital TV on Dinette.

  • Is it OK that I don’t have an experience to drive a camper.

    Our camper is a light cabcon and the size is domestic. I think you are uneasy first, but if you drive regularly, you will soon get used to it. Please enjoy the vast land Hokkaido.

  • Car navigation and ETC are on board?

    Our camper is equipped with an HDD car navigation system to help your trip. Also ETC system is on-board. It can be used with your ETC card.

  • Is it OK to smoke inside the cars?

    I'm very sorry. Please note that our camper is non-smoking due to many customers using.

  • Is it OK that I don’t know how to use the facility for campers?

    We will explain various equipment when renting a camper. Also, we have prepared manuals for using them. Please be assured that there is also a video explaining how to use it on our website.

  • Where can we stay at night in the car?

    "Auto campsite", "roadside station" and "highway service area" are generally available places. Please stay in a manner not to bother others. There are many auto campsites in Hokkaido.
    Please read the "Auto campsite book" in the car. The auto campsite has an external power supply and very comfortable, so we recommend to stay there!

    For customers after you, please keep away from cooking with rich odor. And keep ventilation as much as possible.

  • Rental charge will be different depending on the travel distance?

    We don’t ask extra charge for the distance. Please enjoy Hokkaido at ease.

  • Can you keep my car?

    Only one car can be stored in our designated parking space free of charge during the rental period, as long as it is delivered at our designated place. However, please understand that we cannot take any responsibility for accidents or theft.

  • Highway fee is for normal size cars?

    Yes. If you bring your ETC card, your trip will be very smooth.

  • Can we choose the location to return the car?

    Our shop can be delivered and returned in Sapporo City and New Chitose Airport. (* Extra charge) Please see the usage fee for details.

  • Can we install a child seat?

    In our shop, we will lend a child seat(for ages 0-3 years old and 3-6 years old) free of charge.

  • Can I bring my child's seat or luggage, or send them in advance?

    Please let us know in advance. If you have a child seat or luggage you usually use, please send them out or bring them directly.
    In the case of shipment, please make sure that your package arrives the day before you use a camper.
    In addition, please pay the shipping cost by yourself. If the parcel can’t arrive in time, we can’t be responsible for that. Please ready ahead of time. If you have some problems, please let us know.

  • What should we do if we have some troubles during rental period?

    Even in case of trouble such as breakdown or accident, please be assured that the camper has insurance and JAF road service. In case of trouble such as breakdown or accident, please call our shop.

  • How do we handle garbage during the rental period?

    During the rental, please follow to the campsite or local government's disposal regulations, or purchase a garbage bag and take them to our shop.

  • Do we need cancel fee?

    Before any payment, we never charge cancel fee. But after your payment, we will charge as followings.

    • For the cancel on the day (100% of planned basic rental fee)
    • For the cancel of one to 3 days before (80% of the planned basic rental fee)
    • For the cancel of 4 to 7 days before (50% for planned rental fee)
    • For the cancel of over 7 days before (100% for reservation fee)

  • How to get to our shop?

    Please see below for the map to our shop.
    If you choose our designated place for delivery or return, please visit our shop directly, or if you want, we will pick you up to the nearest station (Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line "Kita 34 Jo Station" or Toho Line "Shindo Higashi Station" ).
