STEP01Check for available cars

When the expected schedule date is decided, please confirm the available cars and reserve it from the reservation form.
For preliminary inquiries please contact us from the inquiry form.

STEP02Check up the email of tentative booking

Based on the contents of reservation mail that we got from customers, we will inform rental amount and result of tentative reservation to your mail address.

* Please note that free mail such as Gmail and Yahoo mail can be sorted out to the spam folder.
* If you could not receive the e-mail from our store after 3 days or more, please kindly contact us by phone.

STEP03Payment of reservation / Fixing official reservation

Once you have received an email from us confirming the date of your reservation, your reservation will be confirmed once you have paid the full amount through Paypal.

* Please note that if payment is not received by the payment due date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

STEP04Delivery of Camper

After your arrival, we will go through procedure and explain about the equipment of camper, after that ask you to pay rental fee.

30 to 40 minutes for procedure and explanation before departure

It takes 30 to 40 minutes from reservation time to actual departure for procedures and explanation of camper equipment.

* Please understand beforehand that there is a possibility that explanation time will increase depending on the situation.

About the payment of rental fee

Regarding with rental fee, please pay by cash or credit cards.

* Please bring driver's license whose will drive on that day.

STEP05Returning of campers

Return to the place where you assigned before.

* When returning, please refill the fuel and return it.
* Please strictly adhere to the expected return time. Please also contact us if there is a possibility that return may be delayed due to traffic conditions etc.
* When returning, we will check your car at our staff. If you break down, damage, lost etc. during rental period, please inform to us.
* If cleaning / extension fee etc. addition occurred, payment will be made at the time of return.
